Representation—the builder’s interest is represented and protected by their onsite agent.  This person solely represents the builder.  You need knowledgeable representation to protect your interest.
Experience—not just any real estate agent will do.  You need a Realtor® who has extensive experience in both buying and selling new construction in Northern Virginia.  I began my real estate career by working as an onsite agent for a home builder and gained invaluable insight and experience in the industry.

Dispute Resolution—In the event of a dispute with the builder over cost, build time, work orders, etc.  You need the backing of a strong Realtor® and large Real Estate Company.
